Consular Services:

Manual Passport

Availing this facility involves submission of documents and duly filled out forms. These forms are available free at the Embassy & download from this site and documents are accepted at the counter as per the timings of the Embassy.

1. Issuance of Fresh passport / Renewal

Declaration Form A
Four photograph of the applicant not less than six months old.
Original passport with valid visa along with photocopies.
Original CNIC/NICOP and photocopy.
For children under 18 years of age, NADRA CRC form. In cases where NADRA CRC form is not available, passport will be issued for one year only after submission of NICOP form at NADRA.

NOTE: In order to get full validity passport (five years) female should produce original CNIC/NICOP with their photographs affixed on it. In case of married woman, CNIC or NICOP should be in marital name for full validity passport. In case of non-compliance passport will be issued for one year only.

2. Issuance of Passport for NEW born baby

Declaration Form-B, S1 & affidavit (S1 form must be typed with two photocopies)
Photocopies of Passport and CNIC/NICOP of both the parents.
Five fresh photographs of the child (child’s name on backside of two photographs along with father’s signature).
Birth Certificate of child, duly attested by the local Ministries of Health and Foreign Affairs, for the children born in the Yemen.
Photocopy of receipt of NICOP submitted.

3. Issuance of Separate Passport for Child. (Compulsory after 12 years of age)

Declaration Form-B
Photocopies of Passport and CNIC/NICOP of both the parents.
Four fresh photographs of the child
CRC form bearing child's name along with a photocopy.
Original passport of mother / father bearing child's name.
Birth Certificate of child, duly attested by the local Ministries of Health and Foreign Affairs, for the children born in the Yemen.

4. Re-issuance of Loss of Passport

Payment can be made in cash only at the consular counter at Embassy.

Who Can Apply For POC

All Pakistan origin immigrants, foreigners and their family members with annulled nationality.

Under the rules, following persons can apply for POC, namely:

People of Pakistani Origin:

This includes three types of persons:

1) Former Pakistani Citizens:

Any person who does not currently hold Pakistani citizenship but has ever remained a Pakistani citizen in his/her lifetime. Following persons are however, excluded from this category, namely:

Any person who was deprived of Pakistan citizenship by an order passed by the Federal Government under subsection (2) or subsection (3) of section 16 of the Pakistan Citizenship Act, 1951 (II of 1951).

A person who ceased to be a Pakistani citizen upon creation of Bangladesh pursuant to subsection (1) of section 16-A of the Pakistan Citizenship Act, 1951 (II of 1951).

A Pakistani citizen who was domiciled in the territories of the hitherto Province of East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) but who, before 16th December 1971, ceased to be a Pakistani citizen and acquired the nationality or citizenship of a foreign country (excluding India and Israel) unless he or she can prove at least one of his/her living relatives to be presently a citizen of Pakistan.

Any person currently holding citizenship or nationality of Israel or India.

2) Foreigners with links to Pakistan:

The following persons are eligible to apply for POC in this category, namely:

A person who has never been a Pakistani citizen but any of whose parents or grandparents is/was a citizen of Pakistan at any time during his/her lifetime, provided that (a) at least one of his/her living relatives is presently a Pakistani citizen; (b) he is not, and never was, a citizen or national of India or Israel; and (c) none of his/her parents or grandparents has ever been a citizen or national of India or Israel unless such parent after having acquired Pakistani citizenship never acquired/re-acquired citizenship or nationality of India or Israel.

3) Any person who has never been a Pakistani citizen but who either himself/herself, or any of whose parents or grandparents (a) was born in the territories included in the Indo-Pak sub-continent; (b) was domiciled in the territories now included in Pakistan; and (c) who acquired the citizenship or nationality of a foreign state or country before the commencement of the Pakistan Citizenship Act, 1951 (II of 1951) i.e. 13th April 1951. Such person shall have to prove that at least one of his/her living relatives is presently a Pakistani citizen. This category however, excludes all persons who are, or have ever been, citizens or nationals of India or Israel.

Pakistani citizens stranded in Bangladesh, i.e. those who continue to be citizens of Pakistan pursuant to the first proviso to subsection (1) of section 16-A of the Pakistan Citizenship Act, 1951 (II of 1951), may not apply for POC.

All above requirements and confirmation of the institution for his/her admission.

Business Visa

$75 single entry visa for thirty days to ninety days.

Requirement: Invitation letter from Pakistan duly attested by the chamber of commerce and above mentioned mandatory health certificate.

Medical Visa
